主要职责:
Job Purpose:
·Keep Sales Force Quality focus on the First Line Sales Manager and support them achieve sales performance
·Rapidly train FLSM to handle products knowledge and Coaching skills for keeping rep's quality
·Consistent support FLSM to improve their PK and Coaching capability in their rep's management & competition market
·Support FLSM development consistently by field coaching and individual learning
·Monitor and Coach field trainer's development and achieve business requirements on people development & training
·Support Training Director discipline people development & training projects in fields
Dimensions:
·National Training: To achieve S sets and D sets workshop in right time to right people by right way
·Field Training: Keep field training workshop discipline in right time to right people
·Field Coaching: Keep field coaching discipline and focus on capability improvement
·Program Development: Make sure S sets and D sets programs update according to business needs and people development needs
·Budget Control: manage training workshop and field training budget effectively
·Trainer's Management: Coach field trainer’s development and monitor them achieve training target
职位要求:
·Sales or marketing and Sales management experience at least 3 years
·Medicine or related profession in Bachelor or Master degree
·Open, integrity, team work, passion on training and support other's success
