Purpose of position:
With fast business expansions and s, a tax manager is required locating in Shanghai to oversee all tax issues, including ensuring proper tax compliances, managing tax audits, providing tax planning & structures, conducting tax researches, identifying tax risks and implementing tax recommendations to maximize the company’s potential profits and minimize any tax risks.
Minimum requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or law. CPA preferred
-5 years experience in accounting, finance or tax
-China tax experience required
-Management experience preferred
-Understanding of PRC tax laws including PRC corporate and individual tax filings
-Technical knowledge of APAC tax laws and issues
-Exposure to U.S. multinational taxation preferred
-Strong negotiating skills
-Tax accounting understanding
-Tax research and analysis skills
